I can provide a mat, blocks, and a strap during your Private session. 
All you need is yourself dressed in comfortable clothes and the ability to provide a location in your home of at least 10 ft by 10 ft. 
Many of us are able to move furniture to accommodate space; others prefer to be outside in their backyards, while some may have a room dedicated for the practice of yoga. 
Whichever place you choose to practice, Yoga Intuition™ brings yoga to YOU!

For Group Sessions with more than 2 members, mats etc. will not be provided.  Please contact me for questions concerning the amount of space required for group sessions.
